Last updated: April 1, 2026
By using the Nuts website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.
Account Usage
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email and password) confidential
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- We reserve the right to suspend any account used in violation of these terms
Orders
Order Acceptance
All website orders constitute a purchase offer. We confirm the order after reviewing it and verifying product availability. If any product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or partial cancellation.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is confirmed and prepared. After preparation or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled. In that case, the return policy may apply.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds and include taxes. Prices may change without prior notice, but the applicable price is the one at the time of order placement.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives
- Instapay — bank transfer to our designated mobile number
- Vodafone Cash (VCash) — transfer to our mobile wallet
When paying via Instapay or Vodafone Cash, you must enter the transfer reference number at checkout. The order will be confirmed after verifying the transfer.
Product Description
We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. Since nuts and dried fruits are natural products, there may be slight variations in size, color, and appearance from batch to batch — this is normal and does not affect quality or taste.
Intellectual Property
All website content — including images, designs, text, and logos — is the property of Nuts and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or using any website content without prior written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or products in ways not recommended.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or services shall be resolved in accordance with Egyptian law and before the competent Egyptian courts.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any issue or dispute, we prefer an amicable resolution first through direct communication with our customer service team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, either party may resort to the Egyptian judiciary.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes become effective from the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the website after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
