Returns at the moment of delivery
- You can taste the product while the courier is still with you - that is your chance to make sure everything is just the way you like it.
- If you don't like the product, or the taste isn't for you, you can return it right there while the courier is with you, and you only cover the shipping cost.
- Returns for personal reasons are accepted at the moment of delivery only - we can't accept a return once the courier has left.
If there is a genuine problem with the product
- If the product arrives damaged or the order is wrong, we replace it or refund you in whichever way suits you, with no shipping charges at all, because the mistake is ours.
- If a genuine problem shows up after opening (for example an off or unusual taste or smell), contact us within two days of delivery at the latest and we will replace it.
- In these cases we cover the full shipping cost ourselves.
Refunds
- If you have paid and an amount is owed to you, we refund it immediately once we confirm it is yours.
- It is refunded in whichever way suits you - if not in cash with the courier, then via InstaPay or e-wallet.
Custom mixes
- A custom mix is made to your own order and amounts, so it can't be returned after delivery, because it was made specifically for you.
- That said, if there is a genuine problem with the taste, you can return it while the courier is still with you at delivery.

- Talk to us through the courier at the time of delivery, or afterwards on WhatsApp or through messages on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
