Return Policy for Food Products

Since our products are perishable food items, our return policy is limited to specific cases to ensure food safety. We take every precaution to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Accepted Return Cases

  • Product damaged or broken during shipping
  • Wrong product sent — different from what you ordered
  • Quantity short of what is listed on the invoice

Return Window

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this window, we cannot accept returns due to food safety concerns.

How to Report an Issue?

  1. Photograph the damaged or wrong product immediately upon receipt
  2. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours
  3. Send us the product photo + order number
  4. We will review and respond within 24 business hours

Compensation

If the return is accepted, we will compensate you in one of two ways: resend the correct product at no extra cost, or refund the value of the affected product.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery (food products cannot be restocked)
  • Product opened and partially used
  • Reporting after more than 24 hours
