Coverage and delivery times
- Delivery is currently available in the Cairo and Giza governorates only, and we aim to expand to the rest of the governorates soon, God willing.
- Your order reaches you within 2 to 4 days from the time it is confirmed.
- If your order is EGP 2,000 or more, shipping is completely free.
- Delivery is handled by our own couriers or by shipping companies, depending on the area.
Payment methods
- You can pay before or after receiving your order, whichever suits you.
- Available payment methods: cash on delivery, InstaPay, or e-wallet.

- You can check your order status at any time from the order tracking page on our site, using the phone number you ordered with.
- If there is any delay or a problem with delivery, reach us from the "Contact Us" page or on WhatsApp and we will be with you right away.
